- Performance monitoring tools
3. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- Not to misuse the service
- Not to upload illegal or harmful content
- To comply with WordPress.com and Automattic policies
- To comply with Notion and other third-party platform policies
- To own or have rights to all published content
- To avoid abusive or excessive API usage
4. Content Ownership
- You own all content you create
- You grant EarlySEO permission to process content solely to provide the service
5. API & Integration Use
- Excessive automated requests may be rate-limited
- Abuse or excessive automated requests may result in suspension
- Reverse engineering or resale of the service is prohibited
6. Availability & Changes
We may modify or discontinue features at any time without liability.
7. Limitation of Liability
EarlySEO is provided "as is."
We do not guarantee:
- Search engine rankings
- Traffic growth
- Continuous availability of third-party platforms (WordPress.com, Notion, etc.)
8. Termination
- Accounts may be suspended for violations
- Users may disconnect integrations and cancel anytime
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
