  • Keywords, prompts, internal linking instructions, and SEO settings
  • Images, metadata, and publishing configuration you submit

You remain responsible for ensuring you have the rights required to submit and publish that content.

Connected Services

When you connect third-party platforms, we may access and store data required to provide the service.

WordPress.com

  • Site metadata such as site name and URL
  • Posts, pages, categories, tags, and publication status
  • Author identifiers and publishing permissions
  • OAuth tokens or similar credentials stored in encrypted form

Notion

  • Page titles and page content
  • Database structure and relevant workspace metadata
  • Permissions and publication details needed to create or update content

We only access information within the permissions you grant. We do not access unrelated private content outside that scope.

Commercial and Billing Information

  • Subscription plan, invoices, and payment status
  • Limited transaction metadata from payment providers
  • Records relating to services purchased or considered

Payment card details are processed by third-party payment providers, not stored directly by EarlySEO.

Usage, Device, and Log Data

  • Feature usage, clicks, page visits, and session activity
  • IP address, browser type, device information, and referring pages
  • API request logs, performance metrics, and error diagnostics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for business and operational purposes, including to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure EarlySEO
  • Generate, optimize, schedule, and publish SEO content
  • Sync content and metadata with WordPress.com, Notion, and other enabled integrations
  • Process subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and account administration
  • Communicate with you about product updates, service notices, and support requests
  • Analyze product usage to improve performance, reliability, and new features
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues

We do not sell your data.

  • At Your Direction: With WordPress.com, Notion, or other services you choose to connect or publish to

  • Account and billing records may be retained for compliance and tax purposes
  • Generated content, logs, and workspace data may remain available until deleted by you or removed under our retention processes
  • Connected-service tokens are removed when integrations are disconnected or accounts are deleted, subject to backup retention windows

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transmission, and restricted internal access.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You may:

  • Update certain account details from your dashboard
  • Disconnect Notion or WordPress.com integrations at any time
  • Request account deletion and removal of associated personal information by contacting us

To submit a deletion request, email team@earlyseo.com. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
